- How do I book a ride?
- Reserve online through our booking page in just a few minutes, or call our 24/7 dispatch at (404) 555-0142. You'll receive a confirmation with your chauffeur and vehicle details ahead of your trip.
- How far in advance should I book?
- For guaranteed availability we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for airport transfers, weddings, and group travel. That said, our dispatch handles same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is available.
- Can I book recurring or corporate travel?
- Absolutely. We offer corporate accounts and recurring scheduled travel with consolidated billing. Call us or mention it in your reservation and our team will set you up.
Pricing & gratuity
- How is pricing calculated?
- We use flat, transparent rates based on your route, vehicle, and service type — no surge pricing and no surprises. The quote you receive is the price you pay.
- Is gratuity included?
- A standard gratuity for your chauffeur is included in most quoted rates. If your chauffeur goes above and beyond, an additional tip is always appreciated but never expected.
- Are there extra fees I should know about?
- Your quote covers the ride, standard gratuity, and applicable taxes and fees. Optional extras — extended wait time beyond the grace period, additional stops, or tolls on certain routes — are disclosed up front before you confirm.
Wait times & airport pickups
- How much wait time is included?
- For standard pickups we include a complimentary grace period. For airport arrivals at Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL), we include generous complimentary wait time and track your flight so we adjust automatically for early or delayed landings.
- Do you offer meet & greet at the airport?
- Yes. With our meet & greet service, your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, then helps with your luggage to the vehicle. Prefer curbside? We offer that too — just let us know your preference.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Relax — we monitor your flight in real time. If your arrival changes, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup automatically at no extra charge. There's nothing you need to do.
Cancellations & changes
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Plans change — we get it. Cancel or modify most reservations without penalty up to a few hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which is disclosed when you book. Contact dispatch and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
- Can I change my pickup time or destination?
- Yes. Call or email dispatch with your changes and we'll update your reservation whenever possible. For same-day changes, calling (404) 555-0142 is the fastest way to reach us.
Vehicles & chauffeurs
- What vehicles are in your fleet?
- Our fleet features the Cadillac Escalade (up to 6 passengers) for executive travel and airport runs, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (up to 14 passengers) for groups, weddings, and tours. See our fleet page for full details.
- Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
- Every chauffeur is licensed, background-checked, drug-tested, and professionally trained. All vehicles carry commercial liability insurance well above the state minimums.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We serve all of metro Atlanta — Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, and beyond — plus a global affiliate network for travel in other cities.
